Hooray speed painting!
Really, speed painting is one of the best ways to improve all your skills and develop techniques. You get the overall gesture drawing done first, you get better at coloring roughly>detailed, and it's fast so you can do a lot of them in the same time you would normally draw. However, since I just started this kinda stuff, my speed isn't so fast yet. lol This one took like 2.5 hours. I mean, if I really drew with my usual tecniques, it would take three times as much time because of the clothes, but my goal is to do this level of drawing in an hour. Over twice as fast!!  Ah, well. I still have a month of summer left before second year of college. Wahaha. Oh yeah. The image is Ashlotte from Soul Caliber 4. I do not own the game............OTL Photoshop CS3 & Painter IX. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
