Some people asked me to make a tutorial, so here it is.

I just made this in like 1.5 hours, so it may be kinda iffy.
I hadn't gone into detail of how to actually draw my figures,
so it's really not for beginners....sorry!
I will go back and add those explanations later on.

Softwares used are Photoshop CS3 and Painter IX.
Please understand that some of the steps may not apply to different applications or versions.

Please tell me if there are any errors or confusing steps.

I'm afraid the sketching part is too poor on my side to make proper use of this.
Might just try it anyways :P
Great explanation on the work flow though, should help a lot of people that do have the skills (or time to develop them ;))

I do wonder though, how do you make such smooth lineart? Is it the pen tool? I hate that tool :lmao:

I have a pen tablet. The smoothness is probably due to that and the huge size of the drawing. I usually use the size it is scanned in, which is over 2000 pixels large on each side.

Oh I see~ I use a bamboo, and I put my tip feel on firm. It makes the pen feel more like a pencil. Maybe I just really like your art~ <3 xD

I have corel painter essentials. Will that work like your painter? o.o
